These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of ToolNoova, including its website, online tools, utilities, features and related services. By accessing or using ToolNoova, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
1. About ToolNoova
ToolNoova provides browser-based online utilities for common digital tasks. The current collection includes tools for image processing, calculations, password generation, QR-code generation, JSON formatting, Base64 conversion, URL encoding and decoding, UUID generation, word unscrambling and public IP lookup.
Many ToolNoova tools are designed to process information directly inside your browser whenever technically practical. Some features may require third-party services or network requests.
ToolNoova may update, improve, replace, add or discontinue tools and features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, usability or continued development of the website.
2. Permitted Use
You may use ToolNoova for lawful personal, educational, professional and commercial purposes.
You agree not to:
- Use ToolNoova for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activities.

3. User Files, Text and Other Input
Certain ToolNoova tools allow you to select or enter images, text, URLs, structured data, identifiers or other information for processing.
You remain responsible for the information and files you choose to process. You should ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any material submitted to a ToolNoova utility.
Where ToolNoova states that processing occurs locally inside the browser, the relevant content is intended to be processed without being intentionally uploaded to ToolNoova's servers as part of the tool operation.
Some tools may require external services or network requests. For example, the My IP Address tool relies on external network information to display public IP and approximate location details.
4. Browser-Based Processing
ToolNoova uses browser-based processing for many current utilities. This can include calculations, password generation, JSON formatting, Base64 conversion, URL encoding and decoding, QR generation, UUID generation and supported image-processing operations.
Browser-based processing depends on the capabilities of your browser, device and available system resources. Very large files, unsupported formats or limited device memory may affect performance or prevent a tool from completing a task.
5. Generated and Processed Outputs
ToolNoova tools may generate or transform information such as passwords, UUIDs, QR codes, formatted JSON, converted text, calculations, optimized images or PDF files.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them for an important, commercial, security-sensitive or production purpose.
Generated results should not automatically be assumed to be accurate, secure, complete or suitable for every possible use.
For example, a generated UUID should not automatically be treated as an authentication secret, Base64 should not be treated as encryption, and a password-strength indicator should not be treated as a guarantee against account compromise.
6. Accuracy and Reliability
We aim to provide useful and reliable tools, but results may vary depending on browser behavior, device capabilities, user input, third-party services and technical limitations.
ToolNoova does not guarantee that every calculation, conversion, generated value, lookup result or processed file will always be error-free or suitable for every purpose.
Where accuracy is especially important, you should independently verify the result before relying on it.
7. No Professional Advice
ToolNoova is provided for general informational, technical and productivity purposes.
ToolNoova does not provide legal, financial, medical, accounting, tax, cybersecurity or other regulated professional advice.
You should consult an appropriately qualified professional where professional advice is required.
8. Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for protecting your own device, browser, network, accounts, credentials and downloaded files.
Do not paste or upload sensitive passwords, authentication tokens, private API keys, financial information or confidential production data unless you have independently determined that doing so is appropriate for the specific tool and your circumstances.
You should maintain your own backups of important files and information. ToolNoova should not be treated as permanent file storage or a backup service.
9. Intellectual Property
The ToolNoova name, branding, website layout, original written content and original visual elements may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
ToolNoova also uses third-party software libraries, browser technologies and services that may be governed by separate licences and terms.
Your ownership or rights in material that you provide to a ToolNoova utility are not transferred to ToolNoova merely because you use the tool.
You may generally use outputs produced by ToolNoova for lawful purposes, subject to any rights, licences or restrictions connected with your original input or third-party material.

ToolNoova may use or link to third-party services for functionality, hosting, analytics, content delivery, security, public IP information, email communication, advertising or other supporting services.
Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies and technical conditions.
ToolNoova does not control independent third-party services and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, security or continued operation.
Use of an external website or service is subject to the terms and policies of that provider.
11. Advertising
ToolNoova may display advertisements if advertising services are enabled or if the website is approved by an advertising provider.

ToolNoova's custom analytics preference control is separate from advertising-related consent where a separate consent system is required.

A feature available today may be changed, replaced or discontinued in the future.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, completely secure, error-free, compatible with every browser or suitable for every specific purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ToolNoova and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or similar losses arising from use of, or inability to use, ToolNoova.

You remain responsible for deciding whether a ToolNoova result is appropriate for your intended use.
